摘要
探讨了信任、团队互动和知识共享行为之间的关系,构建了研究模型,采用实证研究的方法,以研发团队为调研对象,通过对162名团队成员的数据进行回归分析,发现信任和团队互动对知识共享行为有显著性正向影响,信任对团队互动有显著性正向影响。结果还发现,团队互动在信任和知识共享行为之间起中介作用。
The relationship of trust, team interaction and knowledge sharing behavior are discussed, and the study model is established. Then, using empirical study methods, survey objects that are members in development team are selected, regression analysis for data collecting from 162 team members are made, the findings are trust and team interactive has significant positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, and trust also has significant posi- tive effect on team interactive. Finally, another conclusion is got that is team interactive plays an intermediate ac- five between trust and knowledge sharing behavior
