快速康复外科理念对开胸肺切除术后应激状态的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的:探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念在开胸肺部手术围术期应用的可行性及其对术后并发症的影响。方法:选取60例同期住院拟行开胸肺部手术治疗的患者,随机分为两组,分别采用快速康复方案(FTS组)及传统方法治疗(对照组)。比较两组患者术中出血量,术后胸管留置时间,术后应激状态,术后各种并发症发生率。结果:两组手术时间及术中出血量相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);胸管拔除时间、术后1,3d白细胞计数、IL-6、CRP水平,住院总时间、总并发症发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将FTS理念应用于开胸肺切除术可以有效地减轻患者术后应激,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者术后康复,缩短住院时间。
