摘要
主要研究了耐热ABS加入PVC中对其耐热性能的影响,此时合金的耐热性能随着耐热ABS含量的升高而逐渐提高。当耐热ABS的添加量固定在50份时,添加不同形态的无机填料(片层状滑石粉、针状硫酸镁晶须、球形碳酸钙和棒状的凹凸棒土),研究不同形态的无机填料对PVC/ABS合金耐热性能的影响,研究结果表明:在相同添加量下,片层状的滑石粉和凹凸棒土对合金的耐热性能提高最为明显,球形碳酸钙次之,针状硫酸镁的效果最差。
The effect PVC add ABS on the heat resistance, the heat resistance of the alloy gradually increased with increasing ABS content. When the heat ABS content fixed in 50, adding inorganic filler ( laminar talc, acicular magnesium sulfate whisker,spherical calcium carbonate and clubbed attapulgite) , different forms of inorganic filler on the properties of PVC/ABS alloy heat resistant was studied. Research results showed that, the increased heat resistance of the alloy was most obvious in the same add the amount of showings laminar tale and clubbed attapulgite, spherical calcium carbonate followed, acicular magnesium sulfate whisker had the worst effect.
