摘要
根据1979年北京化工研究院与山西省化工研究所采用OL-T951钛酸酯偶联剂,使PP-CaCO_3共混物偶合,形成无机填充聚丙烯的新材料,我厂利用该项小试成果,在国产D150mm大型真空挤塑模面热切粒机组进行工业装置试验,获得开发成功。从而形成2000t/a无机填充聚丙烯生产能力。并在投放市场广泛应用的十年中,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。产品质量不仅保持聚丙烯本身固有的良好性能,例如机械性能、电绝缘性和耐热性,而且极大地改善了PP本身的主要缺陷,如尺寸稳定性和低温脆性。
Based upon the use of titanate ester coupling agent with PP-CaCO_3 blends, a technology has been successfully developed to produce 2000 t/a mineral filled PP on domestic made 150 mm. dia. vented extruder with hot granulator just outside the die. Mineral filling not only retains the desirable properties of pp, but also greatly improves main shortcomings of the resin, such as dimensional stability and low temperature brittle ness.
