特殊教育最佳实践方式及教学有效性的思考 被引量:49

摘要 论文探讨了通过发展最佳实践方式提高特殊教育教学有效性的问题,并结合中国实际对本土化的特殊教育最佳实践方式进行了思考与探索。作者认为:教学有效性是衡量特殊教育质量的根本指标,也是特殊教育专业人员孜孜不倦追寻的目标与长期困惑的根本问题。西方特殊教育有效性是通过各种最佳实践方式来实现的,是判断不同安置模式的重要依据。随着西方特殊教育发展与全纳教育理论的兴起,特殊教育实践方式得到重视与发展。微观层次的课堂教学策略、中观层次的学校变革模式,以及宏观层次的理论范式共同构成完整的特殊教育最佳实践体系。中国特殊教育应注重发展本土化的实践方式,在范式转变、教学环境设置、教学过程以及教学方法等方面进行改革与探索,提高特殊教育教学有效性。 This article aims to explore the improvement of the effectiveness of teaching in special education through the best practice, as well as the most appropriate localized practice of special education in China. The authors hold the view that the effectiveness of teaching is a key indicator for evaluating the quality of special education, a goal pursued by special education professionals, and a fundamental, confusing problem facing special education professionals. In the West, the effectiveness of special education, which is achieved through various forms of practice, serves as a material evidence for judging different modes of placement. With the development of special education and the rise of inclusive education in the West, attention has been paid to the practice of special education, a complete system of which includes teaching strategies, models of school change, and theoretical paradigms. China' s special education is supposed to develop proper localized practice, and initiate reforms and exploration in the teaching paradigms, the teaching environment designing, the teaching process, and the teaching methods so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching in special education.
