摘要
目的建立枣仁安神颗粒中白桦酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对枣仁安神颗粒中白桦酸进行含量测定。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(85∶15∶0.08);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为210 nm。结果白桦酸在0.775~15.5μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9991,平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD=2.29%(n=5)。结论该方法准确、操作简单、重现性良好,可用于枣仁安神颗粒的质量评价。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of betulinic acid in Zaoren Anshen Pellets. Methods The content of betulinic acid in Zaoren Anshen Pellets was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were as follows : Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 um) was used, a mixture of methanol-water- acetic acid(85 : 15 : 0.08) served as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, and detective wavelength was 210 nm. Result Betulinic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.775 - 15.5 ug, r=0.9991, the average recovery was 98.1%, and RSD was 2.29 % (n=5). Conclusion The established method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Zaoren A nshen Pellets.
