精神病患者老年退行性心瓣膜病超声心动图分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察长期服用不同抗精神病药物治疗的精神病患者老年退行性心瓣膜病(SDHVD)检出情况。方法对123例服用抗精神病药5年以上,年龄在60～85岁的老年精神病患者(研究组)及122例桐乡市第三人民医院离退休体检职工(对照组)的心脏超声结果进行分析。结果 (1)研究组SDHVD发病率明显高于对照组。(2)研究组中服用抗精神病药氯丙嗪、氯氮平的患者SDHVD检出率差异有统计学意义(<0.05).(3)研究组及对照组的男性SDHVD检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论长期服用抗精神病药患者,特别是服用氯丙嗪、氯氮平的患者SDHVD发生率高,且男性患者SDHVD发生率比女性患者高,应引起临床用药重视。
