摘要
目的观察大株红景天注射液对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的防治作用。方法将行冠脉介入治疗或溶栓治疗的患者40例随机分为对照组和用药组,每组20例。对照组根据指南推荐运用西医常规治疗;用药组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用大株红景天注射液。观察2组患者治疗前后外周血C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等指标变化。结果 2组SOD均有降低,但用药组患者SOD的降低程度小于对照组,术后CRP及IL-6均有升高,但用药组的升高程度小于对照组。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用大株红景天注射液能减轻急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后的心肌缺血再灌注损伤,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective It is to observe the preventive and curative effect of Soften injection on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury（MIRI）. Methods 40 acute coronary syndrome patients who accepted PCl or thrombolytic therapy were randomly divided into control group and giving-medicine group, with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with normal western medical apy according to the guideline while the ones in the giving-medicine group were supplied with Sofren injection additionally. The changes of indexes such as SOD, CRP and IL -6 in peripheral blood before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results The levels of SOD in both groups decreased, and the reduction in the givingmedicine group was less than that in the control group. The levels of CRP and IL - 6 increased in both groups, and the increases in the giving-medicine group were less than that in the control group. Conclusion Usual treatment combined with Sofren injection can relieve MIRI of acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI surgery, and its curative effect is better than that of single western medicine treatment.
