摘要 心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(MIRI)是心肌缺血/再灌注后心脏的结构损伤和功能障碍进一步加重的现象,是心脏缺血性疾病的发病机制之一。其确切机制仍未完全明了。近年来研究表明,心肌能量代谢障碍、氧自由基的大量产生、钙超载、细胞凋亡、中性粒细胞激活和血管内皮细胞损伤等因素可能共同参与了MIRI的发病过程。 Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury( MIRI) is the aggravation of cardiac function or structural damages following the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion. It is one of the main mechanisms of ischemic heart disease, whereas the exact mechanisms remain unclear. Recent researches indicate that myocardial energy dysbolism,massive production of free oxygen radicals,calcium overload,apoptosis,activation of neutrophil granulocytes,damages of vascular endothelial cell and many other factors may all participate in the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
