摘要
测定蜜蜂中糖含量的传统方法有多种,测总含糖量的方法有硫酸-酚法、蒽酮比色法等,测定其中还原糖含量的有 3, 5-二硝基水杨酸法、斐林氏法或铁氰化钾法等。若同时测定葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖等主要成分时则需要繁多的步骤,并且操作复杂。本文首次提出采用旋光法,根据蜂蜜主要成分 (葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖 )的比旋光度不同,用旋光仪直接测定这些成分的含量。操作简便、结果准确。
There are many methods of determining the contents of compositions in honey, but it needs many steps to determine the contents of glucose、 fructose and sucrose in honey at the same time in tradition and it is complicated to operate. Based on the rotations of glucose、 fructose and sucrose are different, the paper proposes the method with witch the rotation apparatus is used when the contents of the compositions in honey are determined.Using the rotation apparatus, it is convenient to operate and the results from the method are exact.
