摘要
随着经济的迅猛发展,技术创新网络成为企业网络优化,提高创新效率,扩大市场规模、更有力地参与国际竞争的重要方式,也是国家、区域和产业响应知识经济时代的竞争与挑战,提高自主创新能力的有效途径。本文在梳理国内外相关理论文献的基础上对技术创新网络中核心企业的领导力进行了界定。在理论综述的基础上,分析了核心企业领导力对网络协调、知识共享及网络绩效的影响。建立了相关理论模型与假设,实证结果表明:核心企业领导力对网络协调及知识共享有显著正向影响;网络协调对于知识共享及网络绩效均有促进作用;知识共享对网络绩效有促进作用。
Technology innovation network becomes important for enterprise networks optimization, improvement of the ef- ficiency of innovation, and expanding of the market scale and participating, in the international competition more effec- tively, it is also an effective way for the national, regional industry to respond to the competition and challenge in the era of knowledge economy, and then improve the ability of independent innovation. This paper defined the leadership of core enterprise in technology innovation network. Based on the relevant papers of both home and abroad, we analyzed the in- fluence of core enterprise leadership on network coordination, knowledge sharing and network performance. We created model and raised hypothesis. The empirical research shows： the core enterprise leadership has positive impact on net- work coordination and knowledge sharing; network coordination has positive impact on knowledge sharing and network performance; and knowledge sharing has positive impact on network performance.
