摘要 针对SRM1568a标准参考物和实际大米样品比较不同浓度的三氟乙酸、盐酸、硝酸、醋酸溶液在热提取条件下对大米无机砷的提取效果,确定最佳提取酸,同时比较超声波提取、微波辅助提取与热提取的效果,确定最终提取方法。 This paper aims at choosing the most efficient extraction acid during trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), hydro- chloric acid, nitric acid, and acetic acid for rice inorganic arsenic extraction using heat extraction. SRM 1568a and real rice sample were used as analyte. Meanwhile, the extraction modes for ultrasonic and microwave were compared with heat extraction, then chose the best one.
