总结了现有的高强度螺栓连接副施工扭矩检验方法的不足之处,发明了"高强度螺栓施工扭矩检验用螺母转动角度指示装置"和"省力的高强度螺栓检测施拧和高精度的扭矩测量组合装置",建立了一种利于准确控制和测量,并且省力的检测方法,检测数据的偏差小于相关国家标准要求。
The shortage of current auxiliary torsion moment testing was summarized. Invented "the nut turning angle indicator in testing of high strength bolt torsion moment construction" and "combined equipment of power saved screwdriver for high strength bolt and high precision torsion moment meter', set up a testing process of power saved, control and measure accurate easily. The error of tested data less than related national standards.
