摘要
针对房地产投资项目风险自身特性,利用层次分析法和灰色聚类法进行房地产项目投资中的风险评价,将房地产风险量化,进行风险评价,不仅比较准确地把握项目投资风险状况,为管理者提供更为合理的参考依据,而且使投资决策更为科学。
In view of the real estate investment project risk characteristics, using the analytic hierarchy process and grey clustering method for real estate project investment risk evaluation, will the real estate risk, risk evaluation, not only more accurately grasp the project investment risk status, for managers to provide more reasonable reference, and make the investment decision-making more science.
