摘要
针对我国房地产开发活动的特点,为房地产投资者开发了一个投资决策分析系统。系统采用C/S与B/S模式相结合的总体架构。详细讨论了该系统的功能设计,探讨了系统实施过程中模型库的设计、工作流过程模型的设计及系统的安全性等关键技术。
According to the characteristic of the development activity of real estate in our country,this paper develops an investment decision analysis system for the real estate investors.The overall framework of the system is the combining mode of B/S and C/S.The function design of the system is introduced in details,and the key techniques during the system implementation,such as the design of the model storehouse,the design of the process models of workflow,and the security of the system,are discussed.
