摘要
以硝酸铈和碳酸铵为原料,用新技术——雾滴微反应器法制备了纳米氧化铈粉体,并与用传统沉淀法制备的纳米氧化铈粉体进行比较,用TEM方法对制备的粉体进行表征。结果表明:雾滴微反应器法制备的纳米氧化铈粉体比传统沉淀法制备粉体的颗粒尺寸较小,粒径分布窄,分散性好。
Nanosized CeO2 powders were prepared by a new method of mieroreactor of mist droplet s , usingCe(NO3)3·6H2O and (NH4)2CO3· H2O as raw materials , and compared with CeO2 powders prepared by normal precipitationmethod. The product was eharaelerized by TEM . The result s showed that the particle size of CeO2 prepared by mieroreaetor of mist droplets was muchsmaller and more homogeneous than that prepared by normal precipitation method.
