摘要
量表是疾病诊断与疗效评价的重要手段之一。目前,中医药界所研制的量表大致可以分为基于患者自我报告的临床结局评估量表、证候诊断量表、健康状态评估量表、体质辨识量表等,文章总结了不同类型量表的研究与应用,并就中医药领域量表研究所存在的问题进行分析,有助于该领域研究的开展。
Scale is one of the most important means on disease diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation. At present, TCM scales can be divided into patient-reported outcomes efficacy scale, syndrome diagnosis scale, health status assessment scale, constitution scale, etc. The researches and applications on different types of scales were reviewed, and the problems existing in TCM scales were analyzed in order to promote the development of the scale study.
