摘要
[目的]考察具有中医特色的适用于慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的患者自报告量表(TCMPRO-COPD)的信度、效度。[方法]考察量表的重测信度、分半信度和同质信度,内容效度、结构效度、区分效度。[结果]TCMPRO-COPD由27个条目组成,涵盖疾病特征、证候要素、七情相关、活动受限和社会活动5个领域,经临床250例病例对比分析,量表平均完成时间8.85 min,重测信度、分半信度较好,克朗巴赫系数α(Cronbach'α)为0.899,量表内部一致性较好;量表内容效度和结构效度,与健康人显示良好的区分效度。[结论]TCMPRO-COPD具有较好的信度、效度,可应用于COPD的中医生存质量评价,同时在因子分析方面暴露出量表维度结构存在不足,需进一步研究和微调。
[Objective] To evaluate the reliability and validity of TCMPRO-COPD,which is a self-reported scales of patients with COPD,having traditional Chinese medicines features.[Methods] The reliability of TCMPRO-COPD by test-retest reliability,split-half reliability and homogeneity reliability was evaluated.The validity of TCMPRO-COPD by content validity,discrimination validity,and factor analysis was also evaluated.[Results] TCMPRO-COPD is composed of 27 items,including disease characters domain,Zheng Hou characters domain,seven modes of emotions of TCM domain,limitation of activity domain and social activities domain.By analyzing the materials from 250 cases,we got the results as below： the average time of completing the scale is 8.85 min,test-retest reliability and split-half reliability of TCMPRO-COPD are good,and the whole scale Cronbach＇α is 0.899,which shows that the scale has good homogeneity reliability.At the same time,the scale shows its great content validity,structure validity and discrimination validity between COPD patients and healthy volunteers.[Conclusion] TCMPRO-COPD has wonderful reliability and validity.It can be used in evaluating COPD of TCM.It is found,however,that the domains structure of this scales has some inadequacy from factor analysis,and we believe that the scale should be studied and readjusted in the future.
