摘要
目的:观察益气活血通脉法对患者股动脉内一中膜厚度(IMT)和中医临床症状的影响。方法:将72例患者随机分为两组,对照组36例,予降脂药普伐他汀20mg;治疗组36例,在对照组治疗基础上加用中药活血通脉法,两组均12周为1疗程。结果:两组均可有效降低血清胆固醇(Tch)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)浓度,活血通脉法可有效改善股动脉硬化患者的中医临床症状,且对降脂有一定作用;治疗组治疗后股动脉IMT均值较治疗前明显降低,P<0.05,对照组治疗后股动脉IMT均值较治疗前有降低趋势,P>0.05。结论:益气活血通脉法可能有降脂及减缓动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective： Observation on effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai on patients with femoral artery in the membrane thickness （ IMT ） and clinical symptoms was made. Methods ： 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the control group were given lipid-lowering drugs pravastatin 20mg; 36 examples in the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Tongmai method besides the medication in control group, 12 weeks was a treatment course in two groups. Results：The two groups can be effective in reducing serum cholesterol （ Tch ） and density lipoprotein （ LDL ） concentration. Huoxue Tongmai method can effectively improve the femoral artery stiffness in patients with clinical symptoms of TCM, and has a certain effect of lipid-lowering treatment group after treatment on femoral artery ; IMT value was significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, P〈0.05, mean IMT of femoral artery in Control group after treatment had been decreased, P〉0.05. Conclusion ： The method of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Jiangzhi may slow the progression of atherosclerosis .
