摘要
本文通过正交试验 ,以工业废渣 (粉煤灰和碱渣 )为主要原材料研制高强轻质陶粒。研究表明 ,碱渣、粉煤灰按 3∶7比例、低温烧结的陶粒具有高强低密度的特点。该成果对于综合利用工业废渣和保护环境具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。

The thesis is about the research of the high strength and lightweight ceramsite using industril waste residue(fly ash and soda residue)as main materials through orthogonal test.It points out that if the proportion of soda residue and fly ash is 3∶7,low temperature sintered ceramsite has the character of high strength and lightweight.This accomplishment has the important economic and social benefit to use industrial waste residue synthetically and protect environment. 〔
