台湾石门水库淤泥烧制轻骨料的可行性研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用XRF,XRD,TA-MS,SEM及土壤物理性质等定性或定量试验,探讨了以台湾石门水库淤泥为原料烧制轻骨料的可行性.试验结果显示:水库淤泥的化学成分均落在高强度轻骨料的范围内;它在高温下会产生CO2气体;具有明显的膨胀粘土矿物绕射峰;在1 200~1 300℃下表面光滑并会在其内部形成200~700 μm的孔隙.由此推论:水库淤泥为制造轻骨料的适宜原料.最后探讨了利用商业用旋窑所烧制的水库淤泥轻骨料性质,进一步验证了用水库淤泥烧制轻骨料的可行性. The fine sediment collected from Shimen reservoir located in north-western Taiwan were used as raw material for making lightweight aggregate(LWA). By qualitative and quantitative analysis of fine sediment and sintered lightweight aggregate through soil test, XRF, XRD, TA-MS and SEM, the feasibility of manufacturing LWA from fine sediment was evaluated. The results show that the chemical compositions of fine sediment locate in the Riley's “area of bloating” zone, CO2 is liberated during sintering process at bloating step. The XRD pattern indicates illite phase exist that is important for LWA formation, and SEM micrograph shows a surface vitrified layer coated on the surface and interior pore size from 200 to 700μm forming at 1200~1300℃. The same process is conducted by commercial rotary kiln. It proves that the fine sediment is a suitable raw material for manufacturing LWA.
