摘要
从蔬菜地和花圃土样中分离、筛选出对黄瓜枯萎病致病菌尖孢镰孢菌 ( Fusarium oxysporum( Schl.) Emend,snyd &Hans)有很强拮抗作用的细菌 8株 ,抑菌圈直径从 ( 1 8.0 1～ 32 .56) mm,通过对黄瓜的胚根 ,幼苗以及在田间小区所进行的防效测定 ,这 8株细菌混合培养液最高防效可达70 .2 7%。
Eight antagonistic bacterium were obtained from parterre soils and vegetable land soils.Their antagonistic ability is high against cucumber wilt.Their diameters of their inhibition zone ranged from 18.01 mm to 32.56 mm.Through examination on cucumber radicle,seedling and spray of bacterial mixed suspensions in the field.The best control effect of the bacterial culture spray against cucumber wilt was 70.27%.
