摘要
"教育家型校长"是在教育出现转型时期发展的时代要求,其与我国当前教育改革与发展需要相符,是提升学校内涵的根本保障。文章在探讨"教育家型校长"内涵的基础上,重点对"教育家型校长"的办学思想进行了深入的探讨。
The developing demand of times during the period of educational transition needs the educator -type principals. They are the fundamental guarantees of improving the intrinsic content in schools, conforming to the current needs of reform and devel- opment of Chinese education. The article makes a deep inquiry into the idea of school running of educator - type principals on the base of exploring the substance of them.
