摘要
采用调查问卷的方法,就学科资源与服务的需求向400名教师和博硕生进行随机调查,在对调查结果进行分析的基础上,提出加强学科资源建设与提升学科服务质量的建议,包括确立学科资源建设为学科馆员的核心职责,按学科对资源进行整合、揭示与管理,加大学科服务宣传与推广力度等。
Through adopting the questionnaire method, the paper makes a survey on the attitude of 400 teachers and graduates of Bei- jing Normal University towards the subject resource and service needs , and then based on the investigation data analysis, puts forward the views of promoting their qualities, such as approving the collection development as the core duty of subject librarians, integrating, publishing and managing the resources by subject, carrying out vigorous propaganda of the subject service. 3 refs.
