摘要
针对高职院校教学质量监控评价的特点,应用统计过程控制(SPC)技术和计算机信息技术,分析高职院校教学质量管理流程,构建基于SPC的高职教学质量控制流程框架,开发高职教学质量管理系统。采用控制图和过程能力分析对教学质量控制点进行分析监控,实现了教学质量数据的科学分析和对教学质量的有效控制,提高了高职院校的教学质量。
According to the characteristics of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in vocational col- leges, this article, using the statistical process control （SPC） technology and the computer information technology, analyzes the teaching quality management process, based on the SPC tools, constructs the framework of the higher vocational teaching quality control process, and then develops the higher vocational teaching quality management system. The author, using the control chart and the process capability, analyzes the teaching quality control points, realizes the scientific analysis and the effective control over the teaching quality, and improves the teaching quality of vocational colleges.
