摘要
根据电子资源绩效评价指标集合以及用户感知的满意程度,创建以内部图书馆专家群体确定和外部终端用户群体感知为核心的、融合满意程度和服务质量的电子资源绩效评价模型,并对南京中医药大学图书馆四种电子资源进行系统评估。创建电子资源模糊综合绩效评价方法,分析电子资源的优劣,提出绩效改进策略与成效,为电子资源绩效比较研究提供了理论保障和实践依据。
According to the performance measurement indicator system and user satisacftion,a model of the theoretical frame construct of the performance measurement of electronic resources in academic libraries is established,which integrated the inner expert group confirmation and external terminal users'perception,merged service quality and service satisfaction.The practicable methods of performance measurement are applied to measuring and analyzing integrative performance of four electronic resources in library of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.And improvement strategy and effect are proposed on the basis of the measurement result.Both analytical thinking pattern and practicable method of the performance measurement provide the theoretical guarantee and practice foundation for the performance compare about electronic resources.
