摘要
工作满意度的定义可以归纳为综合性定义、差距性定义和参考性架构定义三类。目前普遍认同工作满意度是指个人在工作中获得的满足程度。对于工作满意度的影响因素,大致可以归纳为个人因素、工作本身、工作回报、晋升机会、上级的管理、工作团体和工作条件等方面。对工作满意度的测量有单维度测量和多维度测量,研究中以多维度测量为主。
The definition of the degree of satisfaction can be classified into three kinds: comprehensive definition, dis- erepancy definition and reference framework definition. At present, commonly identified degree of satisfaction of work refers to individual's content of satisfaction achieved in work. The influential factors of it can be summed up as individual factor, work itself, work reward, chance of promotion, senior management, work team and work condition. The measurement of the degree of satisfaction can be single-dimension and multi-dimension, while the latter is the major one.
