煤油水重整制氢催化剂的优化设计 被引量:6

Optimization design of catalyst for water reforming of kerosene to produce hydrogen

摘要 以Ni为活性组分,稀土元素La,碱金属Li和贵金属Pt为助剂完成了催化剂体系设计;采用等体积分步浸渍法和溶胶凝胶法制备催化剂。考察了助剂La,Li和Pt的作用,研究了催化剂的活性、稳定性和抗析碳性,并筛选催化剂。研究了NiLaLiPt/γ-Al2O3催化剂上煤油水重整制氢的影响因素。 The catalyst system was designed with Ni as the active component, rare earth elements La, alkali metals Li and noble metals Pt as promoters. The catalysts were prepared by equal volume and step impregnation and sol-gelMeth- ods. The roles of promoter La, Li, Pt were investigated. The activeness, stability and anti-precipitating carbon of catalyst were studied, and the suitable catalyst was choseru The influence factors of hydrogen generation by water reforming of kero- sene on the NiLaLiPt/ γ-Al2O3 catalyst was explored.
