摘要
企业集团财务战略对于企业整体战略的实现有着重要的意义。本文讨论了在不同情况下财务战略的选择问题,并且讨论了当前我国企业集团财务战略运用中出现的问题,并据此给出对策。
The financial strategy means a lot to the general strategy of corporations. The paper discusses how to choose the financial strategy under different circumstances. What＇s more, it also argues the defects of application status of financial strategy and provides the solutions.
