摘要
本文在对保险集团财务战略目标及其作用分析的基础上,对我国保险集团财务战略进行了规划研究,提出了我国保险集团分阶段式的财务战略规划方案,即通过搭建我国保险集团财务集中管理战略平台,建立和完善我国保险集团财务集中管理体系,建立我国保险集团内部财务公司三个阶段来实现我国保险集团的集中式财务战略管理模式。以便为我国保险集团通过财务战略的规划优化集团的资源配置,提高保险集团的管理水平,实现保险集团企业价值最大化的战略目标提供借鉴。
The paper analyzed the insurance group＇s financial strategic objectives and the role of China＇s insurance group＇s financial strategy. Based on this analysis, the paper designed financial strategic planning for China＇s insurance groups. The financial strategic planning should be completed through three steps. The first step is to focus on financial management platform. The second step is to establish a centralized management system. Last but not the least, we should establish financial companies in the insurance group. Through these steps, China＇s insurance group companies can optimize allocation of resources, strengthen management and achieve the strategic goal of maximizing value.
