摘要
目的对比胺碘酮联合比索洛尔以及美托洛尔联合苯那普利治疗充血性心力衰竭（CHF）伴室性心律失常的临床效果。方法将2008年1月-2009年1月间在我院住院的充血性心力衰竭（HF）伴室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予胺碘酮和比索洛尔联合治疗，对照组给予美托洛尔联合苯那普利治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者心率、射血分数及QTc均有明显改善，比较差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。胺碘酮和比索洛尔联合治疗组心率、射血分数及QTc明显优于对照组，两者比较差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。胺碘酮和比索洛尔联合治疗组总有效率为95．00％，对照组为75．00％，两者比较差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未见明显的治疗不良反应。结论胺碘酮和比索洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常效果优于美托洛尔与苯那普利，值得推荐应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of two treatment ways on congestive heart failure （CHF） with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods The cases with CHF in our hospital from January in 2008 to January in 2009 were divided into the treatment group and vontrol group.The the treatment group received the treatment of amiodarone combine with bisoprolol, and the control group received the treatment of metoprolol combine with benazepril. Results The heart rate, ejection fraction and QTc of two group after treatment were superior to those before treatment, and there were significant difference in them respectively （P〈 0.05）.The heart rate, ejection fraction and QTc in the treatment group were superior to those in control group, and there were significant difference in them respectively （P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 95.00% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group, and there were significant difference in them respectively （P〈0.05）. And there was no significant untoward reaction in them. Conclusions The effect of amiodarone combine with bisoprolol on treatment of congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia is superior to that of metoprolol combine with benazepril., so they are worth being used widly.
