摘要 大豆起源于中国,早在公元前2560年的黄帝时期就已种植,与黍、稷、麦、稻一起被称为“五谷”。大豆及其制品是中国传统食品的“瑰宝”,东方食品的精华。 在当代中国,大豆食品工业不断发展。目前,大体上可分为传统豆制品、新兴豆制品和保健功能制品3大类。据国家大豆工程技术研究中心统计。 Soybean, with a long history, has long been landed as one of our national treasures. Industry experts believe soybean still has a great potential. In this text, we reveal the development and the success of this traditional food.
