摘要
目的评估钢板内固定加自体髂骨块植骨治疗尺、桡骨开放粉碎性骨折骨缺损的效果。方法 32例尺、桡骨开放粉碎性骨折骨缺损患者术中取带皮质骨髂骨块嵌至骨缺损处,行钢板内固定,取髂骨松质骨填塞缝隙。术后石膏管型固定4～8周。结果术后32例患者经3～18个月的随访,骨缺损带皮质骨髂骨块植骨全部愈合。结论尺、桡骨开放粉碎性骨折骨缺损髂骨块植骨术效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the plate fixation from iliac bone graft treatment- Ulna radius open comminuted fracture of the bone defects. Methods 32 cases of Ulna,taken with radial open comminuted fracture of the bone defect in patients with intraoperative cortical bone, iliac bone inlay to the bone defect, line plate fixation, iliac cancellous bone filling the gap. Postoperative piaster cast for 4 - 8 weeks. Results 32 cases after 3 - 18months of follow-up, the bone defect with cortical bone iliac bone graft were all healed. Conclusion Ulna radial open comminuted fracture of the bone defect iliac bone graft to good effect.
