摘要
目的 评价T型钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的作用。方法 回顾性分析 1996年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 7月我院治疗的 2 5 5例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床资料 ,其中闭合复位石膏管型固定 133例 ,闭合复位克氏针内固定 87例 ,切开复位T型钢板内固定 35例。随访期为 6个月至 3年。结果 切开复位T型钢板内固定术后 31例 (88.6 % )功能良好 ,治疗效果明显优于其它两种方法。结论 T型钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗机制有效 。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of “T” shaped plate in the treatment of comminuted intra articular fracture of distal end of radius. Methods Retrospertive analysis of the clinical data of 255 patients with comminuted intra articular fracture of distal end of radius hospitalized from 1996.5～2000. 7 were conducted. Included close reduction with cast fixed outside (133 cases) and close reduction with Ks nail fixed inside (87 cases) and open reduction with “T” shaped plate fixed inside (35 cases). Cases follow up duration was from 6 months to 3 years. Results The postoperative function of wrist joint treated by open reduction with “T” shaped plate fixed inside was satisfactory in 31 cases (88.6%). This effectiveness was significantly better than other ways. Conclusion The surgical operation with “T” shaped plate is effective for the patients with comminuted intra articular fracture of distal end of radius.
