锁骨钩钢板和锁定钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨骨折 被引量：22

摘要 目的回顾性分析锁骨钩钢板和锁定钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨骨折。方法对NeerⅡ型锁骨骨折分别采取锁骨钩钢板治疗21例、锁定加压钢板治疗13例,对两组的临床疗效指标和术后并发症作比较。结果两组患者手术时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);锁骨钩钢板组的术中出血量较锁定钢板多(P<0.05);锁定钢板组的术后肩关节评分较锁骨钩钢板高(P<0.05)。结论锁骨钩钢板和锁定钢板都是治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨骨折的比较好的内固定方式。
