摘要
驻马店市灾害性天气预报服务系统平台包括信息资料采集与处理、资料分析应用、灾害性天气预报模型与本地客观预报方法、灾害性天气实时监控、预报产品制作与分发、上级与本地预报产品查看、灾害性天气过程资料备份与气象资料统计查询、灾情收集与上传、预报管理与质量评定9个子系统,用于灾害性天气监测、预报、预警与对外服务.该系统主要用于常规气象预报服务、公共气象服务、决策气象服务工作.目的是使灾害性天气预报业务服务更加系统化、规范化,减少重复劳动.
The weather forecast system platform on the disaster service of Zhumadian included all the daily content of nine modules, such as information receiving and processing applications, disaster weather forecast model and real-time monitoring,local objective forecast method,forecast products make and distribution, superior and local prediction product view, disaster weather data copy and meteorological data statistics and query, disaster collection and uploading,prediction management and quality evaluation. Its work was disaster monitoring, forecast,warning and External service. This system was mainly used for the meteorological service such as routine forecast,public and decision-making in order to make it systematic, standardized and reducing duplication of work.
