摘要
本文在多年试验研究的基础上，研制了一套较为完善的黄海中部近海海域海洋气象预报服务的专门系统，本系统可进行海上大风、海水表层温度、以及风浪预报，并具备海上天气的实时监测和动态决策服务的能力。
Based on the researches and experiments of many years，meteorologlcal forecasting ser－vice systenl on the inshore area in the middle of YELLOW SEA had been established，thissystem can forecast the high wind over sea，temperature of seawater surface, and sea waveperfectly． According to this system，we can carry out newtime monitoring and movements deolding service．
