摘要
IL-6作为一个多效的细胞因子,在损伤、修复、免疫应答、炎症反应以及造血中担任重要角色,且影响着许多疾病的发生发展,如自身免疫病、肿瘤、神经系统疾病等。因此,调节IL-6有可能成为治疗某些疾病的新战略。
Interleukin-6 （IL-6） is a pleiotropic cytokine that plays a major role in the injury or rehabilitation, immune response, inflammation and hematopoiesis. In addition, it impacts on numerous disease states, including autoimmune diseases, tumour and diseases in nervous system et al. Consequently, modulating IL-6 may he an innovative therapeutic strategy in some diseases.
