飞秒脉冲激光绝对距离干涉测量理论分析

Interference Theoretical Analysis of Absolute Distance Measurement by Using the Femtosecond Pulsed Laser

摘要 采用飞秒激光多脉冲序列传输的干涉理论模型和Edlén大气折射率公式,研究了距离、大气温度、压强、湿度等参数对绝对距离测量精度的影响。理论分析表明,在忽略大气吸收的情况下,随着待测距离的增加,飞秒测距干涉互相关图形不断展宽并伴有幅度降低的现象。在待测距离一定的条件下,大气温度变化对测距精度的影响最大,压强次之,湿度对精度的影响最小。 By using the interference propagation theoretical model of the femtosecond pulsed laser and the modified Edlen equation of the air refraction index variation with the distance, temperature, humidity and pressure of air on the measurement accuracy of absolute distance are in- vestigated. The simulation results show that the widths of the cross correlations increase with measurement distance and the amplitude of the cross correlations decreases with the increasing distance in absence of air absorption. In conclusion, among the three environment parameters, tempera- ture influences the accuracy most, humidity influences least and pressure between them.
