摘要
采用光干涉技术测量绝对距离的方法有很多,但大都因为需要许多光学器件而难以实现结构紧凑、价格低的测量系统。基于光反馈自混合干涉效应的测量技术因其结构简单、成本低和精度高,近年来受到测量领域的广泛重视。文章对激光自混合干涉理论及其频率调制理论进行了分析,建立了绝对距离测量模型,并进行了计算机仿真,结果表明,利用频率调制理论可对目标的绝对距离进行测量。
There exist numerous interferometric methods for absolute distance measurement, but it is difficult to construct compact low-cost measuring systems because of the need of a lot of optical devices for most of them. Featured in simple structure, low cost and high accuracy, the interferometry based on optical feedback self-mixing interference has in recent years attracted extensive attention in the field of measurement. This paper analyzes the theories of laser self-mixing interference and frequency modulation, sets up an absolute distance measurement model and conducts calculations and simulations, the result of which shows that uses can be made of the frequency modulation theory to measure the absolute distance of the targets.
