摘要
目的了解居家癌痛患者心理痛苦程度及原因，为干预疼痛管理、心理治疗、社会支持等提供依据。方法应用心理痛苦管理筛查工具（DMSM）以及自设的基本资料调查问巷，对65例存在癌痛的居家癌症患者进行入户调查。结果本组100％患者存在心理痛苦，DT评分为6．00±2．54）分，其中中重度心理痛苦43例66．15％）。主要原因为睡眠、疼痛、与疾病相关问题等。结论大部分癌痛患者具有中重度心理痛苦，应针对其原因给予单一或多种专业指导，减少引起患者心理痛苦的原因，以降低其心理痛苦程度。
Objective to analyze the levels of psychological distress in home-care cancer patients and its causes, provide a basis for pain intervention management, psychological therapy and social support.Methods 65 home-care cancer patients were surveyed by using Distress Management Screening Measure （DMSM）and self-designed questionnaires at their home.Results 100% of the surveyed patients suffered psychological distress, with the DT~ score is （5.00＋2.54）, and 43 home-care cancer patients （66.15%） suffered moderate or severe psychological distress due to the issues about sleep, distress and disease.Conclusion Most of the cancer patients suffered moderate or severe psychological distress. To reduce the causes of psychological distress and lower the intensity of pains, the medical staffs should give the patients singleor multiple- guidance according to the different causes.
