摘要
目的反映针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘的研究现状，为进一步研究提供思路和依据。方法运用文献计量学方法，回顾分析2002年－2011年的针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘的文献，以中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI，包库）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、万方信息资源系统、Pub Med Central数据库为资料来源，对这些文献进行定量分析。结果共检出116篇有效文献，分别发表在69种期刊，3种硕士学位论文集，5种学术研讨会论文汇编；以临床研究类文献为主；综合疗法是常用治法；天枢、足三里、大肠俞、上巨虚、关元为常用穴位。结论针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘可能有效，但试验方法学质量较低，现不能充分肯定；针灸治疗慢性功能性便秘的基础研究和符合中医自身规律的研究较少。
Objective To reflect the situation of current study on chronic functional constipation treated by acupuncture and moxibustion, so as to provide ideas and evidence for further research. Methods Quantitative analysis was used to review literatures from CNKI, ,VIP,WANFANG DATA as database resource published from 2002 to 2011. Results Altogether 116 papers were admitted all over 67 types of literatures,3 types of proceedings of the master＇s degree and 5 types of proceedings of seminar;they are mostly clinical studies. Combined therapy is a commonly-used method and Tianshu （ST 25）, Zusanli （ST 36）, Dachangshu （BL 25）, Shangjuxu （ST 37）, Guanyuan （RN 4） were most frequently used aeupoints. Conclusion Aupuncture is possibly effective for chronic functional constipation.However,as the low methodological quality of all clinic research,the eonlusion＇s evidence is not enough for sure.Studies on the mechanism and on the laws of traditional Chinese medicine itself are few.
