摘要
目的：分析与研究中医辨证治疗便秘80例的临床疗效.方法：资料选自2013年3月～2014年3月在本院接受治疗的80例便秘病人,将其设置为实验组,给予中医辨证治疗,再随机选取80便秘病人为对照组,予以常规对症治疗,对比分析两组病人的治疗效果.结果：实验组总有效率达97.50%,明显高于对照组的87.50%,两组间的比较差异性显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：利用中医辨证治疗便秘,不仅不良反应较小,而且安全性较高,具有显著利用价值,值得临床上大量推广使用.
Objective： To analyze and study the clinical curative effect of 80 cases with constipation by Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods： The data of 80 cases with constipation from March, 2013 to March, 2014 in our hospital were divided into the experimentalgroup treated with Chinese medicine, and the control group of 80 patients treated with conventional symptomatic treatment. The curativeeffects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in experimental group was 97.50%,significantly higher than thatin the control group, 87.50%, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine in thetreatment of constipation, has not only less adverse reactions, but high safety, with significant value, which is worthy of clinicalpromotion and application.
