动车追尾事故致骨折伤情特点及分析

摘要 目的探讨7.23温州动车追尾事故所致骨折伤情特点。方法对7.23温州动车追尾事故中住院治疗的136例存活伤员中的骨折伤情特点进行回顾性分析,收集其损伤部位、致伤原因等信息并应用创伤评分系统3.0进行分析。结果事故后温州市各大医院共收治骨折患者共55例,占存活伤员总数的40.44%,其中男性34例,女性21例;骨折中受伤部位之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以四肢为第1位,脊柱和骨盆分列第2、第3位。结论此次动车事故造成骨折的伤情特点为骨折部位以四肢及脊柱骨折为主,伤情多样但总体程度较轻。依据这些特点,应有针对性地改善安全设施及完善院前急救网络,从而提高骨折伤员的救治水平。 Objective To explore the fracture characteristic injury occurred in bullet trains rear-end accident. Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of 136 patients with trauma caused by bullet trains rear-end accident on July 23 in Wenzhou. The trauma scoring system version 3.0 was applied for data analysis. Results 136 cases of trauma patients were treated in hospitals after the accidents. 55 cases of patients with fracture accounted for 40.44% of the total patients in hospitals. The male cases and female cases accounted for 34 and 21 respectively. The most common in- jury site of patients with fracture was limbs, followed by spine and pelvis. The differences of each fracture sites were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The limbs and spine fracture are given priority to this accident. It is neecessary to improve safety facilities and first-aid network for the treatment in according with the trauma characteristics of the bullet trains rear-end accident.
