摘要
从“汶川地震”救援中发现我国救援专业人才储备不足。本文立足救援医学教育的现状,分析存在的问题,提出救援医学教学改革可从《急诊医学》教学资源的整合与合理再利用;发挥全科医学的普及性教育作用,拓展基层教育;使用PBL(Problem—Based learning)教学方法,加强学生应变能力培养;搭建国际交流平台,培养“国际救援一体化”型专业人才等方面进行,建立一种合理的教育机制培养救援医学专业人才,推动我国救援医学事业发展。
From the relief work of Wenchuan Earthquake, we find the insufficiency in relief personnel in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of relief education and existing problems and suggests that reform of relief medicine education should involve integrating and reusing the educational resources of emergency medicine, making use of the educative and popularized role of general medicine, expanding grass-root education, using the teaching approach of problem-based learning to strengthen students' capability in handling emergency, building platform for international exchanges and training personnel with the integration of international relief. This will help establish a reasonable educational system of training experts in relief medicine and promote the development of relief medicine education in China.
