摘要
英国历经大众化高等教育实践探索,形成了面向社会需求的大学生就业能力开发基本模式。2011年纽卡斯尔大学在英国121所大学中,毕业生就业排名位居第五,纽卡斯尔大学教育实践活动融汇英国就业能力开发模式的基本思想,形成体系化的就业能力开发途径。已进入大众化阶段的我国高等教育,对大学生就业能力开发处于探索阶段,因此,分析纽卡斯尔大学就业能力开发体系,能对我国高等教育的大学生就业能力开发提供借鉴。
Exploration of practicing education popularization has been carried out in Britain,and the basic model of developing college students’ employment ability to satisfy the needs of society has been formed.The employment rate of Newcastle University graduates was listed top fifth among 121 universities in Britain in 2011.The teaching practice in Newcastle University has integrated the basic ideas of employment ability development model,and has formed systematic developing approach for employment ability.China’s higher education has been in the stage of popularization,the development of college and university students’ employment ability,however,is being explored.Therefore,the analysis of the development of Newcastle University students’ employment ability offers enlightenment for developing China’s college and university students’ employment ability.
