摘要
系统通过单片机控制步进电机的运行,完成了系统硬件电路设计和软件程序的调试。实现了步进电机的启停控制、正反转以及转速的测量和显示,在不改变电机结构参数的情况下通过细分驱动技术减小了步进电机的歩距角,提高了电机的运行精度,扩展了系统的适用场合。且电路简单,成本较低,控制方便,实用价值高,经测试系统最终满足设计要求。
The operation of stepping motor is controlled by single chip microcomputer.system hardware circuit and software program debugging were completed.Start and stop,positive,and measurement and display of rotational speed of stepping motor were realized.Without changing structural parameters of motor,Step angle of stepping motor was reduced by subdivided driving technology,Motor accuracy was improved.System was expanded,And with simple circuit,low cost,easy control,practical value,System has been tested and eventually meet design requirements.
