摘要
在分析三相混合式步进电机正弦波电流细分驱动的机理基础上,详细介绍了电流采样电路、电流控制型的PWM信号产生电路和单片机的选型,实现了能工作于高电压大电流、步进脉冲频率可达200kHz的正弦波电流细分驱动系统。
Based on analyzing the principle of sinewave phase current at subdivision driving for 3-phase hybrid stepping motor, a current sample circuit, current-controlled generation circuit of PWM and selection of single chip computer is introduced in detail. A sine-wave phase current subdivision driving system is realized. It can work under high voltage and high current, and the frequency of step drive pulse exceeds 200kHz.
