干细胞移植治疗扩张型心肌病

摘要 扩张型心肌病(dilatedcardiomyopathy,DCM)是一种原因不明的心肌疾病,主要特征是单侧或双侧心腔扩大、心肌收缩功能障碍,临床上至今尚无特异性治疗方法,预后极差。干细胞(StemCells,SCs)是一类具有多向分化潜能和自我复制能力的多潜能未分化细胞。干细胞移植可通过向心肌细胞的定向分化取代受损心肌细胞,并于新生心肌组织中建立新的血管,廷缓心室重构、改善心功能。现将有关干细胞移植(种植)治疗扩张型心肌病的方法与效果综述如下。 Dilated cardiomyopathy ( dilated cardiomyopathy, DCM ) is a kind of unexplained myocardial disease, is mainly characterized by unilateral or hi- lateral ventricular enlargement, myocardial contractile dysfunction, there is no specific clinical treatments, the prognosis is poor. Stem cells ( Stem Cells, SCs ) is a kind of muhilineage differentiation potential and self--replication pluripotent undifferentiated cells. Stem cell transplantation can be passed through to the myocardial cell directional differentiation to replace damaged myocardium, and in neonatal myocardial tissue in establishment of new blood vessels, retard ven- tricular remodeling, improve heart function ( 1 ). The stem cell transplantation (grow) in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with effect method is summa- rized as follows.
