缺血心肌再生的研究进展
摘要
一般认为,成熟心肌细胞属于终未分化细胞,已丧失再生能力.一旦受到缺血和乏氧的影响而导致不可逆的损伤时,心肌组织无法通过残余心肌细胞的增生或间质细胞分化修复,造成心肌细胞数量减少,并只能以纤维组织的增生来替代,从而导致心室重构和/或心功能衰竭.
